Gildo C. Santos Jr., DDS, MSc, PhD
Full Professor of Dentistry
Professor Santos is an educator, academic leader, mentor, and consultant with extensive experience in restorative and esthetic dentistry, dental education, curriculum and program development, professional governance, and dental industry R&D. His PhD is in Prosthodontics, Oral Rehabilitation, from the University of São Paulo, with research credits developed at the University of Toronto.
His experience includes senior academic leadership, service on the Council of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, national dental education initiatives, and consultation supporting the development of dental education programs and dental industry R&D.
Maria Jacinta M. C. Santos, DDS, MSc, PhD
Full Professor of Dentistry
Professor Maria Jacinta Santos is an educator, mentor, and academic leader with extensive experience in operative dentistry, restorative and esthetic dentistry, learner experience, internationally trained dentist education, faculty mentorship, and graduate education. Her PhD is in Operative Dentistry from the University of São Paulo, with research credits developed at the University of Toronto.
Her leadership experience includes service as Assistant Dean, Learner Experience, Dentistry, together with extensive educational and mentorship responsibilities.
